Orders will be processed within an average of 5 working days from the date of the order.

Except in special cases or when one or more products are unavailable, the products ordered will be delivered in a single shipment.

The customer must check the condition of the products delivered on receipt of the order. Dumas will consider all deliveries to be compliant if no reservations have been made with the carrier (deliveries cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes).

In France

Delivery is made by the DPD carrier from Monday to Friday to the customer's home using the Predict service or to a Relay point of the customer's choice within 5 working days. 

Postage is free for all orders within mainland France.

For delivery outside mainland France, regardless of the weight of the order, a supplement of €17 will be applied.

Returns

The Dumas Paris boutique gives you the opportunity to return one or more items within 14 days of receiving the product without using it. As the customer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with the return, products purchased from the Dumas Paris boutique must be returned by the carrier of the customer's choice.

It is imperative to follow the procedure below for any RETURN or EXCHANGE of products, as well as to use the "Return Voucher" which will be inserted in your parcel. The returns procedure is as follows :

- Notify us by going to the site under the heading "my account"

- Select the invoice corresponding to the products to be returned

- Tick the product to be returned and confirm the quantity of products to be returned. Please specify the reason for the return and, in the comments section, whether you would like a refund or an exchange (quality, etc.).

- In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs

- Tick Generate a return

- Once the status of the return request is pending, print the returns form to be inserted in the parcel together with the original invoice

- Send the parcel by the carrier of your choice with a parcel tracking service within 10 working days from the date the returns number is allocated.

- After receipt and verification of the conformity of the returned product (new product, unused, in its original packaging) we will reimburse you to the credit card used for payment.

The client is informed that all returns must be approved by Dumas Paris and that items that are damaged, soiled, incomplete or returned without a return number cannot be exchanged and/or reimbursed. Only the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded. For any exchange of goods delivered in conformity with the initial order, the costs of return, re-shipment, customs and related costs will be borne by the customer and must be paid in full before the new shipment. If the products delivered have an apparent defect or are non-conforming, the Customer has a period of 1 month from the date of delivery in which to notify La Compagnie Dumas SAS, Service boutique en ligne Dumas Paris - rue du Pré St Adrien 89700 Tonnerre or by email to the following address: serviceclient@dumas-paris.fr, of any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, together with all relevant supporting documents. Once this period has elapsed and if these formalities have not been respected, the products will be considered to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect and no claim will be validly accepted by the Dumas Paris online shop. We will, of course, exchange the product (while stocks last) if we are responsible for the product's non-conformity.
